Vinification takes place with foot tread in “lagares” (Granite tanks traditionally used for port wines).
This port is a perfect combination of new port wines matured in oak barrels preserving its youth and fruitiness.
The Calem family founded their company in 1859 and it is now run by the fifth generation with sustainable agriculture.
