A quality dry sparkling wine. It is deliciously voluptuous with a crunchy acidity. Smooth and very pleasant on the palate with fruity notes such pineapple and green apples.
A persistant and delicate finish.
Hand harvested grapes are very gently pressed, with the wine fermenting for 14 days instainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
The first fermentation is made for 12 days and the second for 3 weeks.
Food Match: Fish dishes and fruit deserts as well as any special occasion.
Serve at 8 – 10 degs.
