Chile’s Central Valley produces a lot of the country’s cheaper wines which often lack in character and quality. This wine is very much the exception with the majority of the fruit coming from the more southerly Maule Valley.
Aromas of ripe pear and pineapple are mixed with notes of butter and vanilla on the palate. This is certainly a fresh style of Chardonnay with a good finish.
