Grapes are hand harvested, then fermented at around 28 C and have a further 28 days vatting.
The wine is then aged in stainless steel before bottling after a light filtration.
This wine is violet in colour with hints of blue at the rim. Intense aromas highlight the varietal typicity, among them notes of plums, cherries and a floral profile highlighting violets.
On the palate it is silky, slightly sweet with chocolate and blackcurrant notes behind.
Suitable for Vegetarians.
Food Match: Great at BBQs, but good with poultry, roast meats and pork dishes.
