Description
Long skin contact with this Sauvignon Blanc gives maximum potential of aromas. The grapes are pressed slowly and carefully to preserve all the aromas and flavours. Fermented at 10 – 13 degrees this maintains the fruit aromas and gives a lovely freshness.
Pale straw in colour this wine has a strong herbaceous aroma with just a hint of Fennel. A good balance of acidity and body give it a long aftertaste.
Serve at 10 – 12 degrees
