Description
These Romanian wines are crafted on the exact place where, over 2000 years ago, the Dacian leader burned the vineyards in order not to be an attraction for invaders.
Made with 100% Chardonnay the grapes are allowed to reach their full maturity before picking.The grapes are crushed and placed in the press. Only the free run juice is used to make this wine.
The wine is fermented at 12 to 14°C for up to 3 weeks. Part of the Chardonnay is fermented in American and French oak barrels for 3 to 6 months before being blended together with the rest of the Chardonnay.
Food Match: Chicken, seafood, cheese and pasta dishes.
Serve at 10 – 12 deg C
