Description
Castelo de Medina’s premium Verdejo, an award winning interpretation of this local varietal.
Verdejo is the noted regional grape of Rueda (though now grown in other areas) and vies with Sauvignon Blanc to produce aromatic, herbaceous wines with a dry crispness.
Medina Verdejo has picked up Gold in the Spanish CINVE tasting, Silver from Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and Silver again in the International Wine Challenge.
In 2018 it was voted ‘Best Verdejo’ in the Lux Life Food and Drink awards.
