The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir of which 25% red wine was blended in before the secondary fermentation. It was then aged in the cellars for 24 months before disgorgement thus keeping all of the pure red berry fruit on the palate and also on the nose. It is loaded with strawberry and raspberry notes, very refreshing on the palate and also long in the finish.
Ideal as an aperitif but also great with red fruit desserts when not too much sugar is added.
