This organically produced wine comes from Luc de Conti and is one of the region’s finest white wines. Made from the classic white Bordeaux mix of Sauvignon Blanc (70%) and Semillon (30%).
After a brief maceration on the skins the must is fermented at 18°C to preserve all of the natural aromas.
The wine then undergoes maturation in tank keeping the fine lees in suspension and with micro-oxygenation to add depth and complexity to the palate. The wine is fresh with aromas of grapefruit, tangerine and roses leading to a full yet crisp palate with good structure and plenty of fruit.
