Chianti DOCG Riserva trambusti is produced mostly with
sangiovese grapes. It is aged for over a year in large oak barrels
and then refined in bottles for about four months before being
marketed. It is particularly appreciated for its intense ruby red
colour, tending to garnet with ageing, and for its well structured
body. Thanks to these characteristics it goes well with spit roast
games and mature cheeses.
