Description
The wine is prepared entirely from grapes of Merlot variety coming from the vineyards located in Dealu Mare region – Romania, the seventh largest country producer of grapes in the world.
The grapes are hand picked at full ripeness, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with re-circulation, at controlled temperature of 25° to 27° , for 15 days to preserve the fruity
characteristics of the wine. 40% of this wine is placed in Romanian and American oak barrels for 3-4 months.
