Lyme Bay Winery combines many of the qualities that make them so special in their Shoreline. This is a dry, light and aromatic wine made to match the fine seafood caught all along the Lyme Bay coastline.
Grown, picked, pressed and fermented with the utmost care and attention to detail, the distinctive mix of 51% Seyval Blanc, 46% Bacchus and 3% Pinot Noir (vinified white) is expertly blended by Lyme Bay’s skilled in-house winemakers.
