One of the most traditional Sicilian grape varieties, with a deep colour and powerful structure. It’s a bright red wine with an harmonious bouquet.
Sourced from vineyards in South-west Sicily 300-400m above sea level, the grapes are picked, destemmed and vinified for at least 10 days at controlled temperature (25°) to enhance colour and round tannins. The malolactic fermentation further develops an elegant and complex aroma.
