Brick red with crimson hues, this is a warm, rich, approachable style of Shiraz. Partly fermented and vinified in large oak barrels to introduces supple oak flavours and tannins whilst keeping great forward fruit character.
Food Match: Rosemary scented lamb with balsamic vinegar. Mushroom and garlic pan fried fillet of beef.
